The Land of Time | Session 13
5/12/2026 – The Blood on Razor Reef
After the strange and fateful events surrounding Finnley and Captain Salt in Session 12, the merciless tides of The Land of Time have carried a new arrival to the jagged black rocks of Razor Reef.
Lila stayed still for a moment, battered and bleeding among the razor-sharp stones. Then a flash of primal anger and bone-deep exhaustion swept through her like a storm. She squeezed the obsidian dagger tightly in her hand and leapt out from behind the boulder with a savage cry.
(How many cultists were still there…? Roll a 1d4) The roll was a 2.
Two cultists were left standing after the chaos with the Sea Serpent. Drenched in salt water, clutching makeshift weapons, their eyes burned with fanatic hatred. One of them growled with venomous rage, “It’s over for you!”
Just then Lila sprang into a rage-filled sprint toward the largest cult member. She lunged the dagger as hard as she could at the man.
On a 1-3: Lila’s lack of skill betrays her and the cultist cracks her on the back of the head with a brutal blow, sending her crashing into unconsciousness.
On a 4-5: The obsidian dagger plunges deep into the man’s gut, drinking hungrily.
On a 6: Lila thrusts the dagger straight into the man’s neck with lethal precision.
The roll is a 4.
Lila rushed forward like a vengeful spirit and plunged the dagger into the man’s stomach. It sank deep, almost as if his body absorbed the dark knife. With a blood-curdling scream, his eyes widened in horror as the life he once knew was violently ripped from him and poured into the dagger. The blade flared with hungry reddish hues.
Lila pulled the knife free. The cultist’s body tumbled to the ground in a heap of forgotten flesh. She turned to the next man, blood dripping from her hands, her eyes wild with otherworldly fury.
The cultist attacked!
On a 1-3: He slips on the blood-slick rocks, missing his chance entirely.
On a 4-5: He lands a heavy blow on Lila, causing searing pain and minor damage.
On a 6: He smacks her brutally in the head and sends her spiraling into unconsciousness.
He rolls a 4.
The cultist swung his club with brutal force. Lila saw the blow coming and raised her arms in defense. The strike landed hard, pain exploding through her body, but it did not stop her.

The knife’s edge sliced through the cultist’s wet cloak and carved deep into his skin. Blood flowed freely. The dagger vibrated with unholy hunger. Lila smiled with terrifying intensity and drove the dark blade into the man’s body. He screamed in agony as the final spark of life left him.
